Improve efficiencies and workflow_

With the best will in the world it is not reasonable to expect a technical recruiter to be sufficiently skilled in all technical areas. Whilst it might seem like a good idea to have your recruiters quiz the candidate on certain buzzwords this is a highly ineffective and inefficient way of ascertaining the skills of a candidate.

Ask yourself a simple question. Are your consultants better employed attempting to filter the skills of candidates, a task they are singularly unsuited for, or on the telephone prospecting and identifying new opportunities while the ev-Screen system automatically assesses the candidates?

The answer is pretty obvious.
